Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. We review your plan quarterly and make it easy to move up as your business grows. There’s no penalty for upgrading.

What counts as a ‘user’ for Co-Managed pricing?

A user is any person in your organization who uses a computer or device we manage. This includes full-time, part-time, and remote employees.

Do Basic support blocks expire?

No — your pre-paid hours never expire. Use them at whatever pace works for your business.

Is there a contract for Co-Managed?

We offer month-to-month agreements. We believe in earning your business every single month, not locking you in.

What’s included in the free onboarding assessment?
